The Role
They are seeking a Product Development Manager to lead the end-to-end development of comfort items with sustainable material solutions and innovative features. From sleepwear and bedding to eye masks, socks, and slippers, this role blends creativity, technical expertise, and project leadership to bring premium travel products to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product, project, and program development, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage supplier relationships, monitor timelines, and conduct cost analyses to optimize resources.
- Define product specifications and establish testing protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate order follow-ups with factories and internal teams to meet client requirements and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with vendors and factories to implement corrective actions and resolve production or quality challenges.
- Oversee product sampling for lab testing and follow up on results.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive textile material database, including catalogues and sourcing information.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to support business growth.
- Support business needs through domestic and international travel as required.
