Position: Product Marketing Manager
Location: Sydney, Australia
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Sales Support: Provide technical support for sales and project teams in the Asia-Pacific region, including product selection advice, issue resolution, and scenario-based solution proposals.
Customer Feedback & Requirement Management: Collect and analyze customer feedback and requirements, drive their integration into product development, and ensure successful implementation.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Gather and analyze market policies and competitor information, produce research reports, and monitor regional trends continuously.
GTM Participation: Support the Go-To-Market (GTM) process by assisting in the creation of product-related materials and documentation.
Product Launch Tracking: Follow up on product feature launches to ensure requirements are implemented effectively and deliver expected outcomes.
Scenario-Based Technical Research: Conduct technical research for specific applications, such as Virtual Power Plants (VPP), to support product innovation.
Internal Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, marketing, and branding teams.
External Collaboration:
- Coordinate with customers and sales teams.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in engineering or related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in product management or technical support within the energy storage industry.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical engineering, power systems, electronics, and renewable energy.
- Skills: Background in PV and energy storage preferred; strong learning ability, coordination skills, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Other: Positive attitude, sense of responsibility, and ability to work across teams.
