Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects through all phases, from early design development to construction administration.
- Develop, manage, and refine detailed REVIT models and coordinated drawing sets.
- Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure design quality, constructability, and smooth project delivery.
- Mentor and support team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and high-quality work.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and project stakeholders throughout the design and construction process.
- Work across a diverse range of building types, including education, civic, community, and interior-focused projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (required).
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Architect or Project Manager (required).
- Architectural licensure preferred (or active progress toward licensure).
- Expert-level proficiency in REVIT-this skill is essential.
- Extensive construction understanding, including documentation and detailing for steel, masonry, and concrete commercial construction.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently from conceptual design through construction.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in an environment that values autonomy, accountability, and technical precision.
- A passion for producing high-quality, well-coordinated architectural work that positively impacts local communities.
