About the Role
As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, coordination, and delivery of structural engineering solutions. You'll collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and construction professionals to bring innovative and sustainable designs to life. Key Responsibilities
- Lead structural design efforts for a variety of building types and materials (steel, concrete, masonry, timber).
- Perform structural analysis, prepare construction documents, and oversee quality assurance.
- Coordinate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical development within the team.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- PE License in the state of Texas (required).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant structural engineering experience.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, RAM, RISA, Revit).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
