The Role
You'll take ownership of complex MEP projects ($20M-$100M+), driving delivery from preconstruction through to completion.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Full project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Budget ownership and cost control
- Leading subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients
- Managing risk, quality, and compliance across site
- Overseeing procurement and resource allocation
- Driving reporting, documentation, and stakeholder updates
What They're Looking For
- 7+ years within MEP / electrical construction
- Experience managing large-scale projects ($20M+)
- Strong background working in mission-critical or complex commercial builds
- Proven ability leading teams and managing subcontractors
- Comfortable in a client-facing role
- Experience with tools like Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera P6, or Accubid
