Electrical / Heavy Highway Project Manager - NYC Metro
A leading electrical construction firm in the NYC metro area is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in public works and heavy highway projects. This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to lead complex infrastructure projects with a well-established contractor known for delivering high-quality work across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of electrical construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, contract requirements, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with field teams, engineers, and public agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical construction, specifically on public works and heavy highway projects.
- Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure projects in the NYC metro area.
- Strong knowledge of NYCDOT, MTA, and other public agency standards and procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work fully on-site and in-office; remote work is not available for this role.
Compensation
- Salary Range: $150,000 - $220,000, commensurate with experience.
