The company is hiring a proven Project Manager to lead the construction of a high-end mixed-use development in downtown Miami. This is a major project, containing over 230 fully-furnished units and requires an expert who has a track record of delivering comparable multifamily developments.
This is a hands-on, on-site role suited for a Project Manager who has already managed multifamily construction through completion and closeout.
Key responsibilities of the Multifamily Project Manager include:
- Manage day-to-day project operations alongside the General Superintendent and onsite teams.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and project closeout.
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain a strong on-site presence and work collaboratively to execute the project effectively.
Key requirements of the Multifamily Project Manager include:
- Proven experience managing multifamily and mixed-use construction projects.
- Experience running projects through completion and closeout.
- Strong understanding of concrete, structure, and large-scale mid-rise construction.
- Stable tenure in previous employment with demonstrated increased responsibility.
- Local South Florida market, client and subcontractor knowledge.
