Job Title: Project Manager - Water & Wastewater Infrastructure

Position Summary
A leading infrastructure contractor in the Midwest is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee complex water, wastewater, and renewable energy infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil or environmental construction, with proven experience managing multi-million-dollar public works projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of project execution including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and quality control.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Manage project budgets, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee field operations and provide leadership to superintendents and foremen.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Participate in design-build and CMAR project delivery processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in heavy civil or water/wastewater construction project management.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, MS Project).
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., DBB, DB, CMAR).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- PMP or CCM certification is a plus.
