Project Manager
I am Looking for a Project Manager who specialises in mechanical construction. This role is for one of the largest mechanical subcontractors in the DMV who is currently in a large growth phase due consistent expansion of their backlog.

About the Role
- Looking for someone to oversee all construction activities on $50M+ Data Center Projects
- Ensure you are proactive in problem solving to ensure the project is completed on time and in budget
- Coordinate Subcontractors on the project
- On Site / In Office Position
- Ground Up Construction Projects
What we're looking for
- Strong background in mechanical construction - Field background (Degree is a bonus)
- 5+ Years Experience in the Mechanical construction industry
- A background in working on projects valued at $25M+
- 'Go-Getters' mentality - someone who takes pride in completing the work with a high quality standard
- Someone who values collaborative team environment who work together to a common goal
