Position Summary

This is a leadership role for a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. You will oversee complex restoration projects from planning through closeout, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality standards. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead exterior restoration projects including masonry repair, waterproofing, roofing, and structural rehabilitation.
Develop and maintain project schedules using CPM methodologies.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams for timely delivery.
Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and procurement of long-lead materials.
Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve technical challenges.
Oversee budget tracking, forecasting, and monthly pay applications.
Facilitate OAC meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Support field teams with quality control protocols and punch list resolution.
Compile and submit closeout documentation including warranties and final reports.


Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in historic restoration or building envelope work.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing.
Proficiency in project management platforms (e.g., Procore) and scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance (OSHA, local codes).
