The Opportunity
Due to continued growth and increasing demand for advisory services, the organisation is seeking to connect with experienced and values-aligned professionals who are passionate about regenerative agriculture. This role offers the chance to work alongside some of the most respected practitioners in the field, delivering high-impact advisory and coaching services across Eastern Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic, on-farm advisory services to farming and grazing businesses
- Guide clients in implementing regenerative practices that enhance soil health, biodiversity, and long-term profitability
- Facilitate workshops, group coaching, and one-on-one advisory sessions
- Collaborate with a national team of consultants and educators to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes
- Contribute to the evolution and application of the organisation's 40 years of intellectual property and proven methodologies
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience in agriculture, land management, or natural resource consulting
- Deep understanding of regenerative agriculture principles and practical application
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build and manage client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to generate work and deliver measurable value to clients
- Ideally, experience in both advisory and education-comfortable leading large training sessions and facilitating group learning
- A values-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous learning, collaboration, and community impact
Location
The organisation operates primarily across Eastern Australia, with team members based in Adelaide, Melbourne, Southern Victoria, and Queensland. While location is flexible, preference may be given to candidates with strong regional knowledge or networks in these areas.
