An employee‑owned, global infrastructure consultancy is seeking a Regional Director to help drive growth across the coastal South Carolina and Georgia water markets. This role is well suited to senior leaders from large firms who are ready to combine client leadership, business development, and people management with the backing of a globally recognised platform.
This is a visible, externally focused position responsible for expanding municipal and utility relationships, shaping market strategy, and leading high performing teams delivering complex water and wastewater solutions.

What you'll be responsible for:
- Growing and strengthening municipal and utility client relationships
- Driving new business and market share across coastal SC/GA
- Providing oversight and leadership across major water and wastewater programmes
- Coaching, mentoring, and hiring senior and emerging professionals
- Leading pursuit strategy, proposals, client presentations, and negotiations
- Representing the firm through industry involvement and client engagement

- 20+ years of experience across water/wastewater project delivery and business development
- Strong understanding of public utilities and municipal markets
- PE licence and technical background in water or wastewater engineering
- Proven ability to win work, lead teams, and grow accounts
- Strategic mindset with strong communication and commercial judgement
