Programmer Qualifications
- Experience in software development or programming roles
- Knowledge of Java, Python, or similar languages
- Familiarity with MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and scripting languages such as Jython/Python
- UI/web development is a plus, but not required
- Interest in or exposure to industrial control systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI) preferred-training available
- Ability to learn independently and stay self‑motivated
Electrical Engineer Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with clients, contractors, agencies, and internal teams
- Excellent problem‑solving ability, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in team settings and collaborate effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to take on challenges
