REMOTE Project Manager - Water/Wastewater

We're looking for a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to help drive the growth and delivery of high-quality engineering services in the water sector across the Atlanta region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer who thrives on solving complex challenges in water treatment, wastewater systems, stormwater management, and infrastructure design. You'll play a key role in project leadership, client engagement, and technical excellence-while working alongside a collaborative and mission-driven team.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects-from concept through construction.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality across multiple assignments.
- Oversee and contribute to the preparation of design documents, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Conduct site investigations and provide construction administration support.
- Coordinate permitting with local, state, and federal agencies.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and help manage strategic accounts.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in consulting or managing design projects in the water/wastewater sector.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Strong technical background in gravity sewers, pump stations, water tanks, and treatment plant design.
- Familiarity with hydraulic and process modeling tools.
- LEED certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
