Our client is a global manufacturer of advanced extrusion and compounding machinery, supporting customers across plastics processing, specialty materials, recycling, and industrial manufacturing. The Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and expand the company's extrusion machinery business in Thailand. This role is responsible for driving capital equipment sales, managing key customer relationships, and developing new business through technical, value‑based selling.
The position requires close collaboration with regional application engineering and service teams, as well as regular engagement with processors and manufacturers across Thailand.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales of extrusion and compounding systems, including complete lines and high‑value CAPEX equipment
* Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle: prospecting, technical discussions, proposals, negotiations, and order closure
* Develop and manage relationships with plastic processors, compounders, converters, and industrial manufacturers
* Conduct plant visits, technical audits, and solution‑based sales discussions
* Execute local market growth strategies aligned with regional targets
* Coordinate with application and service teams during proposal, installation, and commissioning phases
* Maintain an active sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and report to regional leadership
* Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and technical workshops
