Salary: $120,000 - 170,000

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for...
- Proactively generating new business through outbound outreach, cold calling, and relationship building
- Developing and managing a portfolio of clients across corporates, utilities, and trading counterparties
- Structuring, negotiating, and executing trades across environmental commodities such as carbon, and RNG
- Identifying market opportunities through research, pricing insights, and supply and demand dynamics
- Driving revenue growth through strategic deal-making and consistent client engagement
- Collaborating with internal teams including analysts, operations, and compliance to ensure smooth execution
The Sales Trader should have the following...
- 2+ years of experience in sales, trading, or brokerage within energy or environmental markets
- Strong understanding of environmental commodities or sustainability-driven markets preferred
- Proven ability to build relationships and generate revenue in a client-facing role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Spanish language skills are a plus
