主な業務内容
- クライアントのサステナビリティ/インパクト課題の整理および分析
- ESG/サステナビリティ関連の規制・開示フレームワーク等の調査
- インパクト評価、戦略策定、資料作成支援
- カンファレンス・セミナー等への参加
- 自社プロダクトや支援実績の対外発信(記事作成、ウェビナー企画等)
- 社内勉強会の企画・実施など、ナレッジ蓄積への貢献
応募資格(必須)
- サステナビリティ経営コンサルティングや開示支援の業務経験(3年〜7年程度)
- 複数案件を遂行できるプロジェクト管理能力
- PowerPoint/Excel等による資料作成スキル

The hiring company is an impact and ESG-focused investment fund.
The fund primarily invests in startups at the growth stage, with a strong emphasis not only on financial returns but also on creating positive social and environmental impact. In addition to capital investment, the firm provides hands-on support to portfolio companies to accelerate sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and structure clients' sustainability and impact-related challenges
- Research ESG and sustainability-related regulations, disclosure standards, and reporting frameworks
- Support impact assessment, strategy development, and preparation of presentation materials
- Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and related events
- Contribute to external communications, including content creation for articles and webinars showcasing firm initiatives and achievements
- Support internal knowledge-building activities, such as planning and conducting internal study sessions
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of professional experience in sustainability management consulting or ESG/sustainability disclosure support
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Strong presentation and analytical skills using PowerPoint and Excel

- Employment Type: Full-time
- Flexible working hours (flextime system)
- Location: Tokyo-based (remote work available; approximately one day per week in the office)
