Senior Control Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement control systems using PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA platforms (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, Wonderware, Ignition).
- Integrate new systems with existing plant infrastructure and ensure seamless operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality automation solutions.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and on-site commissioning (minimal travel required).
- Maintain documentation including system architecture, wiring diagrams, and user manuals.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and maintenance personnel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in system integration or industrial automation.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) and SCADA/HMI systems.
- Experience in Food & Beverage and/or Water/Wastewater industries is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial networking (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
