Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex delay and disruption analyses on major construction projects.
  • Prepare expert reports and provide testimony in dispute forums.
  • Advise clients on programme risk, mitigation strategies, and claims resolution.
  • Collaborate with quantum and forensic teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, contributing to business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in construction delay disputes, ideally with expert witness experience.
  • Strong understanding of planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) and forensic delay methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Commercial acumen and leadership capability.
  • A background in engineering, construction management, or related discipline.
