Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with 10+ years of experience to join its growing team. This role involves designing and overseeing electrical systems for a wide range of projects including industrial, municipal, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities. You'll lead project development, mentor junior staff, and collaborate directly with clients from concept through construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, security, access control, and control systems
- Prepare construction documents (drawings, specifications, calculations)
- Conduct field investigations and site visits
- Supervise and mentor engineers and designers
- Provide construction administration and client support
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE or equivalent)
- Experience:
- Strong background in electrical design for diverse building types
- Experience with water/wastewater facilities preferred
- Familiarity with NEC, IBC, and energy codes
- PE license or on track for licensure
- Technical Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Design Master Electrical, Easy Power, lighting design tools, Microsoft Office
