Senior Land Development Engineer
They are a well-established, employee-owned professional consulting firm with a strong presence across Michigan and the wider Midwest. Over a long period of growth, they have built a reputation for delivering practical, design-led solutions across civil engineering, environmental sciences, architecture, construction management, and broader infrastructure consulting.
Their strength sits in their integrated approach. Rather than operating as a single-discipline engineering practice, they bring together specialists across civil/site development, surveying, environmental, structural, architectural, transportation, and construction-related services. This allows them to support projects from early planning and feasibility through design, permitting, construction, and long-term client support.
They work across a broad mix of public and private sector project types, including higher education and university campuses, municipal infrastructure, commercial developments, institutional facilities, utilities, transportation-related improvements, environmental projects, and community-focused site development. Their teams are known for being hands-on, collaborative, technically strong, and deeply connected to the communities they serve.
As they continue to grow their Michigan land development team, they are looking to add a Senior Land Development Engineer to their Lansing office.
