A leading NYC‑based building envelope consulting firm is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and drive complex FISP (LL11) projects and restoration projects across NYC. The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
Lead FISP/LL11 projects from assessment through completion, ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance.
Manage and mentor small project teams, fostering collaboration, quality, and professional development.
Serve as a primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
Provide technical guidance on building envelope systems, façade evaluations, and restoration strategies.
Collaborate with senior leadership to support company growth and contribute to long‑term strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Registered Architect (RA) or Professional Engineer (PE) in New York - required.
7+ years of experience in FISP/Local Law 11, including hands‑on project management.
- Ambition to acquire QEWI or QPSI is ideal
Experience in parking garage restoration or façade systems - additional
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong client‑facing communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
Ambition to grow into higher‑level leadership within a firm that actively supports career development.
Deep understanding of building envelope systems, restoration methodologies, and NYC regulatory requirements.
