Senior Project Manager - Data Centers

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects within the digital infrastructure sector. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering mission-critical initiatives that support large-scale computing environments and operational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership:
  Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for infrastructure builds, technology deployments, and operational upgrades.
• Cross-Functional Coordination:
  Lead diverse teams of engineers, construction managers, IT specialists, and external contractors. Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Budget & Resource Management:
  Oversee multi-million-dollar budgets, ensuring cost control and timely procurement of equipment and services. Negotiate vendor contracts and manage supply chain logistics.
• Risk & Compliance:
  Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout project lifecycle.
• Strategic Alignment:
  Translate organizational objectives into actionable project plans. Provide regular progress updates and strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Quality Assurance:
  Implement quality control measures and conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and optimize future performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 8+ years of project management experience in data centers, energy systems, or mission-critical environments.
• Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure projects with budgets exceeding $10M.
• PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
