Senior Project Manager - Federal

Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage client relationships with federal agencies and key stakeholders
- Oversee project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and cost control
- Lead coordination with superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Drive schedule performance, risk mitigation, and quality assurance
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and security requirements
What They're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager with a general contractor
- Strong background delivering federal projects (or high-security / regulated environments)
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex project scopes
- Solid understanding of MEP systems and mission-critical infrastructure
- Ability to lead teams and drive projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
