What You'll Do
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Serve as the primary client contact from proposal through project closeout
- Lead, coordinate, and motivate multidisciplinary design teams
- Assess resource needs and partner with engineering managers to staff projects appropriately
- Engage specialized consultants and integrate their expertise into project scope
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders and tailor delivery to their culture and needs
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables, adapting to evolving requirements
- Mentor and support junior project management professionals
What You Bring
- Strong background in the mission critical industry and experience with both renovation and greenfield construction
- Proven ability to collaborate with distributed teams using virtual and in-person platforms
- Professional Engineer or Architect licensure (or a dedicated path toward obtaining it)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mission critical engineering or construction project management
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Ability to meet client-required background checks or screenings
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Salary range: $115,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications
