Senior Project Manager
Position Overview:

We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead impactful projects across sectors such as healthcare, commercial, institutional, and higher education. Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with civil engineering leadership to deliver high-quality services to clients.
- Serve as the lead civil project engineer, guiding design and construction teams to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-standard project delivery.
- Advise on staffing needs and coordinate with leadership to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Oversee the quality and consistency of civil design documents, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and project requirements.
- Promote best practices within the civil team, encouraging shared tools, processes, and knowledge exchange.
- Build strong relationships across engineering disciplines to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Support a culture of creativity, integration, and continuous learning.
- Mentor junior engineers, supporting their professional development and career growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC-ABET accredited program and a current PE license.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience designing civil systems for healthcare, commercial, institutional, and/or higher education projects.
- Proven leadership in designing complex site improvements with a focus on innovation and quality.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, WinSLAMM, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients, regulatory bodies, and project teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $120,000 - $162,000, based on experience, education, licensure, and skill level.
