The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading MEP engineering projects across a wide range of NYC building types.
- Serving as a key point of contact for architects, clients, and internal teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Reviewing and approving all CAD and design work completed by offshore drafting teams.
- Managing schedules, deliverables, and workloads across a high volume of straightforward projects.
- Conducting frequent site visits within NYC to ensure design accuracy and project coordination.
The Senior Project Manager should have the following:
- At least 6 years of mechanical or electrical engineering experience, ideally with NYC residential or commercial projects.
- Strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills when working with clients and partners.
- Demonstrated ownership of projects and readiness to guide junior team members.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; PE not required.
- Ability to work remotely while being located in or near NYC for regular site visits.
