Senior Restoration Superintendent - Multifamily & Commercial

Since being established this firm has worked exclusively with the best Architecture and Engineering firms in the country to restore facades, exterior walls, roofs and foundations of all shapes and sizes.
They have had massive success with their Texas expansion so far and are now looking for an experienced Superintendent to manage their growing workload and eventually be a lead to all the future superintendents and foremen in that office.
An ideal candidate will have a worked on mulitfamily or commercial exterior restoration projects whilst also having experience managing and training superintendents of varying experience.
Responsibilities
- Review project plans to ensure accuracy, identify gaps, and confirm timelines and costs align with guidelines; delegate tasks as needed.
- Oversee ongoing projects and directly manage junior superintendents and foremen
- Serve as the main liaison between the company, clients, and vendors.
- Order and verify all materials are on-site, safely stored, and properly labeled before work begins.
- Supervise on-site skilled trades and subcontractors to ensure quality, timely, and budget-compliant work.
- Identify and resolve conflicts, coordinating with the Project Manager and client as necessary.
- Maintain client communication to ensure satisfaction and manage expectations.
- Track project stages, monitor progress and budgets, and adjust plans as needed.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment and equipment use.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with inspectors to meet city, county, and state requirements.
- Monitor the project schedule and update the Project Manager on progress.
Requirements
- Over 6 years of experience as a Superintendent. Ideally on restoration projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience leading a team of superintendents
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Proficient with computers, tablets, and construction management software.
- Deep understanding of building codes, safety standards, and construction best practices.
- Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Must pass background and drug screening checks.
