Senior Roadway Project Manager
Our client, a respected regional civil engineering consultant and employee-owned firm, is seeking a Senior Roadway Engineer / Project Manager to join their Boise, Idaho office. This is a key leadership role for a licensed professional engineer with a strong background in roadway design and a passion for delivering high-quality transportation infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and management of roadway and highway projects from concept through construction.
- Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and client communications.
- Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff.
- Ensure compliance with applicable design standards (AASHTO, MUTCD, ITD).
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support business development efforts, including proposals and client presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Idaho or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- 8+ years of experience in roadway/highway design and project management.
- Proficiency in design software such as MicroStation, OpenRoads, and/or Civil 3D.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) projects is highly desirable.
