What You'll Be Doing
Leading structural design for a variety of ground‑up commercial and residential buildings
Overseeing project delivery from concept through construction
Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers

Conducting site visits, inspections, and resolving field‑related engineering challenges
Helping shape internal standards, workflows, and best practices as the firm scales
What They're Looking For
PE license in New York - essential
Minimum 7 years of structural design experience in building projects
Strong background in steel, concrete, masonry, and wood design
Experience with NYC codes, DOB processes, and borough‑specific requirements
