Senior Structural Engineer
A well-established structural engineering firm in Orange County is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead and manage complex building projects across Southern California. This role offers the opportunity to step into a key leadership position within a collaborative and technically driven team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead structural design, analysis, and documentation for a variety of building types
Oversee project delivery, client communication, and coordination with design teams
Mentor junior engineers and review technical work for accuracy and quality
Conduct site visits and provide field support throughout project lifecycle
Qualifications:
B.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering (M.S. preferred)
10+ years of experience in structural design and project management
California PE required; SE preferred
Proficiency in design software (e.g., RISA, ETABS, SAP2000)
Proven leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
