I'm currently partnering with a nationally recognized engineering consultancy seeking an experienced Structural Project Manager to join their growing New York team.
This role is ideal for a structural engineer with 9+ years of experience leading complex projects across existing buildings and new construction, with exposure to restoration, rehabilitation, adaptive reuse, parking structures, building enclosure systems, and large commercial developments.

What They're Looking For:
- 9+ years of building-focused structural engineering experience
- 3+ years managing multidisciplinary projects and teams
- Experience working on complex existing structures alongside new construction projects
- Strong client-facing, business development, and project delivery skills
- PE license (or ability to obtain in the near future) preferred
- SE license a plus
