As a North Carolina-based general contractor with a strong reputation in water and wastewater treatment plant construction, we are looking for an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead complex, high‑visibility projects in the Raleigh or Charlotte markets. This is a pivotal field leadership role responsible for delivering critical infrastructure that serves our communities-safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Lead
- Daily field management of water and wastewater treatment plant construction, including new builds, expansions, and plant upgrades
- Coordination of subcontractors, in‑house crews, equipment, and material deliveries
- Oversight of structural concrete, process piping, mechanical equipment installation, electrical coordination, and start‑up support
- Enforcement of site safety, environmental compliance, and quality control standards
- Schedule management, production planning, and look‑ahead updates
- Field documentation, RFIs, inspections, and resolution of technical issues
- Partnership with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners to maintain alignment on design, schedule, and budget
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience supervising water or wastewater treatment plant construction
- Strong background in structural concrete, mechanical/process piping, yard piping, and plant systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple crews and complex sequencing
- Excellent communication, leadership, and subcontractor‑management skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, P&IDs, and equipment submittals
- Proficiency with construction documentation and scheduling platforms
- A commitment to safety and hands‑on leadership
Where You'll Work
This position will be based in Raleigh or Charlotte, depending on project assignment. Regional travel may be required based on workload and project locations throughout North Carolina.
