Job Function
Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead telecommunications construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with government regulations, managing subcontractors, budgets, and schedules, and serving as the primary liaison with contracting officers and federal agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government contracting, telecom infrastructure, and project leadership.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar government contracts
- Strong knowledge of federal procurement processes, FAR, DFARS, Davis-Bacon Act, Buy American Act, and Section 889
- Familiarity with agencies such as DOD, VA, GSA, NAVFAC, and Army Corps of Engineers
- Skilled in estimating, scheduling, and contract administration
- Effective communicator and team leader with a results-driven mindset
