About the Role
We are looking for an individual who is:
- Technically strong in Transport Advisory, Land Use Planning, and Traffic Engineering
- Passionate about leadership and mentoring

You will play a key role in:
- Leading and growing the Transport Advisory division in Victoria
- Delivering high-quality traffic and transport engineering outcomes
- Managing and mentoring junior engineers
- Building strong client relationships
- Supporting business development initiatives
- Contributing to company strategy, systems, and culture
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- 8-15+ years of experience in Traffic Engineering and Transport Advisory
- A Civil Engineering degree
- Strong experience in land use planning and development-related transport assessments
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
- Experience leading projects and mentoring teams
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment
- A collaborative leadership style with a strong team-first mentality
