Our client, a leading design firm based in New York City, is seeking seasoned Senior Project Managers to join their dynamic team focused on Corporate, Commercial, and Workplace Interiors. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage diverse interior projects from concept through completion.
- Coordinate with landlords, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee compliance with NYC and national building codes, DOB regulations, and filing strategies.
- Prepare and participate in new business presentations.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and financials including contracts, change orders, and invoicing.
- Track project profitability and man-hour allocations.
- Administer contracts and additional services as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in corporate/commercial/workplace interiors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience with base building infrastructure and consultant coordination.
- Excellent presentation and client-facing skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit is a plus.
