Senor Pre-Sales Solution Manager (Data Center)
A fast‑growing tech firm in the mission‑critical and data‑center space is hiring a Senior Pre‑Sales Solution Manager (Data Center) to lead customer engagement and design advanced cooling, energy, and automation solutions in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre‑sales discussions, site assessments, and technical workshops.
- Design data‑center solutions across cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH, Chillers, Cooling Towers, CDU), airflow management, liquid cooling, and BMS/EPMS integration.
- Build solution proposals, architecture diagrams, SOWs, and ROI/value models.
- Deliver demos and proof‑of‑value sessions.
- Act as SME on data‑centre cooling, high‑density deployments, AI thermal challenges, and sustainability standards.
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams on feasibility and delivery handover.
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years in pre‑sales, solution architecture, or engineering within data centers / HVAC / cooling / energy systems.
- Strong knowledge of cooling plants, airflow strategies, liquid cooling, and BMS/EPMS.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and operational data.
- Experience with CFD, Digital Twin, or AI optimisation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
- Preferred: Hyperscale/colo experience, chilled‑water/DX systems, RFP/RFQ exposure, ASHRAE/CDCP/LEED certifications.
