What You'll Do
- Lead all electrical preconstruction efforts, including budgeting, conceptual estimates, detailed take‑offs, value engineering, and construct ability reviews.
- Partner closely with operations, project management, and executive leadership to align forecasting, scope development, and project delivery approach.
- Engage early with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure electrical systems are optimized for cost, quality, and schedule.
- Provide SME‑level guidance to internal teams across multiple concurrent pursuits.
- Help refine internal processes, tools, and best practices to strengthen preconstruction accuracy and overall project success.
What We're Looking For
- Strong electrical background with deep understanding of systems, codes, and installation methods.
- Electrical estimating experience preferred (conceptual and detailed).
- Electrical Project Managers with strong preconstruction exposure are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience supporting high‑rise, mixed‑use, multifamily, or large ground‑up commercial projects.
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders, interpret complex drawings, and lead preconstruction efforts with confidence.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present strategies, risks, and recommendations to leadership and clients.
