Role Overview
They are seeking a Structural Designer / Revit Modeler to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about structural design and proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers and project managers to develop detailed structural drawings and models that bring architectural visions to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project engineers to produce structural drawings and models
- Create and revise design drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
- Develop details for steel, masonry, concrete, and wood structures
- Interpret project revisions and update models accordingly
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and engineering standards
- Participate in construction support services including submittal reviews and RFIs
- Contribute to a team-oriented design process
Education & Qualifications
- Associate degree in drafting or related field preferred (not required)
- 1+ years of experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD (internship/co-op experience welcome)
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and time management skills
