Key Responsibilities
- Design and analyze structural systems for a diverse portfolio of projects, including commercial, residential, and public infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and city agencies to deliver high-impact, code-compliant solutions.
- Lead seismic evaluations and retrofitting strategies in accordance with California's rigorous standards.
- Utilize advanced modeling and analysis tools such as ETABS, SAP2000, Revit, and Rhino.
- Conduct site inspections and provide construction-phase support to ensure structural integrity and design fidelity.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California or on track to obtain licensure.
- 4+ years of experience in structural design, ideally with exposure to seismic design and retrofitting.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software and BIM platforms.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A passion for sustainable, resilient, and future-forward design.
