Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Design and analyze structural components for buildings, bridges, and infrastructure projects.
Perform structural calculations and simulations to ensure integrity and safety.
Review and approve construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
Conduct site inspections and provide recommendations for structural improvements.
Ensure compliance with building codes, industry standards, and project requirements.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovative engineering solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of experience in structural design and analysis.
Proficiency in structural engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS).
Strong understanding of construction materials, mechanics, and load calculations.
Knowledge of national and international building codes and standards.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not mandatory.
