The Role
The Structural Engineer will be involved in the design and delivery of building projects from concept through construction. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex structural challenges, working closely with architects, and contributing to projects that demand both creativity and precision.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform structural analysis and design for architecturally driven building projects
* Prepare construction documents and coordinate with architectural and MEP teams
* Conduct site visits and assist with construction administration
* Participate in internal design reviews and contribute to technical development
* Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers to ensure design quality and client satisfaction

Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
* PE license required
* 5+ years of experience in structural engineering
* Strong technical background and experience with architecturally expressive structures
* Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, RAM, RISA, Revit)
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
