Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality structural engineering services across a variety of project types. Responsibilities include:
- Performing structural analysis and design for buildings and other structures using industry-standard software
- Preparing construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and calculations
- Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery
- Conducting site visits and inspections to assess structural conditions and ensure compliance with design intent
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for assigned tasks
- Staying current with building codes, materials, and engineering practices
- Participating in internal design reviews and quality assurance processes
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 4+ years of professional experience in structural engineering
- Progress toward or possession of a Professional Engineering (PE) license
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, Revit)
- Demonstrated ability to perform design calculations and conduct field inspections
- Strong communication and organizational skills
