We are partnering with a well‑established, multi‑disciplinary engineering firm to recruit an experienced Licensed Structural Engineer to join their team in Brentwood, Tennessee. Our client is a respected engineering consultancy offering a wide array of services in structural engineering, steel detailing, restoration, inspection, MEP, transportation, parking structure design, and architectural support. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Design a diverse range of building structures using concrete, steel, masonry, and wood.
- Work on commercial offices, multi‑story residential developments, storage buildings, public facilities, and senior living projects.
- Lead and oversee construction administration activities.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Ensure client satisfaction through high‑quality engineering service delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil Engineering (M.S. preferred)
- Active P.E. license
- 4+ years of experience in the design of multi‑story buildings within structural consulting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Proficiency with structural engineering software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, RAM SS, ADAPT, EnerCalc
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is highly advantageous
