Key Responsibilities
- Project management and oversight, including setting priorities and managing budgets
- Actively participate in the design process for diverse commercial building projects, including healthcare, education, hospitality, multi-family, and more
- Serve as a technical resource for the structural team and mentor junior engineers.
- Contribute to business development through proposals and client presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's with Structural focus preferred)
- Over 8 years of experience in structural design of buildings
- PE license in Wisconsin (licensure in additional states a bonus)
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to lead teams and interact with clients
- Experience with business development is a plus
