Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience
A well-established construction firm in Great Falls is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a strong background in managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily on-site operations for construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor project schedules and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlines.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and clients regarding progress and issues.
Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent
- Proven ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors effectively.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety standards.
- Experience with field reporting and documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or a degree in Construction Management is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
- OSHA certification preferred.
