ESG・サステナビリティに関する評価対応・戦略支援を行うアドバイザリー職 です。格付対応や情報開示の「作業支援」に留まらず、
プロジェクトマネジメント・提案・関係者調整 を担いながら、
実務と専門性を磨けるポジションです。
■ 業務内容
- 気候変動・ESG戦略に関するアドバイザリー
- CDP質問書対応に関する戦略立案および実務支援
- TCFD対応、SBT（Science Based Targets）対応の支援
- サプライチェーン（Scope3含む）に関するESG／脱炭素アドバイザリー
- 企業の気候変動・ESGに関する外部向けマーケティング／情報発信支援
（提案資料、ホワイトペーパー、対外メッセージ整理 等）
■ 応募要件（必須・歓迎）
必須（いずれか）：
- サステナビリティ／ESG関連業務の実務経験
- コンサルティングまたはアドバイザリー経験
歓迎スキル：
- ESG評価・格付対応の経験
- 環境・サステナ領域での調査・提案経験
- 英語での資料読解・簡単なコミュニケーション力

Position Overview
This advisory role involves providing ESG and sustainability strategy and assessment support to leading domestic and international companies, primarily Prime-listed enterprises in Japan.
Rather than focusing solely on executional support for ratings or disclosures, this position allows you to contribute as a trusted advisor by taking responsibility for project management, proposal development, and stakeholder coordination, while continuously deepening your practical expertise and subject-matter knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Advisory services on climate change and ESG strategies
- Strategic planning and hands-on support for CDP questionnaire responses
- Support for TCFD alignment and Science Based Targets (SBT) initiatives
- ESG and decarbonization advisory related to supply chains, including Scope 3 emissions
- Support for external ESG and climate-related communications and marketing
Requirements
Required (one of the following)
- Practical experience in sustainability or ESG-related roles
- Experience in consulting or advisory services
Preferred
- Experience with ESG evaluations or ratings
- Research and proposal experience in the environmental or sustainability domain
- Ability to read English materials and communicate at a basic business level

Tokyo (office directly connected to the station）
