About the Role
As SVP of Global Engineering & Design, you will be the architect of the company's global design strategy. Your mandate is to define reference architectures and design standards that become the firm's competitive advantage. You'll collaborate directly with major technology players and elite engineering partners to deliver facilities that anticipate tomorrow's computing needs.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a visionary with deep technical expertise across electrical, mechanical, and network systems, combined with strong commercial acumen. Key Responsibilities
- Establish global reference designs for AI, HPC, cloud, and colocation workloads.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Translate complex workload requirements into cutting-edge facility designs.
- Partner with leading engineering firms, technology vendors, and contractors to validate and enhance designs.
- Anticipate emerging technology trends and design for future scalability.
About You
Experience:
- 15+ years in data center engineering, with 7+ years in senior leadership roles managing global portfolios.
- Proven success delivering hyperscale or high-density facilities at speed.
- Skilled in vendor negotiations and global project execution.
