[THA] Construction Lead / Project Manager - Data Center
Role Overview
Responsibilities
- Lead site execution and construction activities across multiple projects.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors and key project stakeholders.
- Drive project schedules and monitor critical milestones.
- Maintain project controls, cost management and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks throughout construction.
- Coordinate closely with design, engineering and operational teams.
- Support commissioning and project handover activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction management, project controls and scheduling.
- Experience managing MEP and civil construction activities.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with commissioning and operational readiness processes.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
