Overview:
My client is seeking an experienced Transportation Manager to lead a team of approximately 10 professionals and oversee transportation-focused projects. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and client relationship skills, with flexibility to work in a hybrid model based in Tampa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver transportation projects effectively, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Lead and mentor a team of around 10 professionals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth.
- Collaborate with leadership to align project goals with company objectives.
- Occasionally travel to headquarters for training (minimal).
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams successfully.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Transportation experience required
- Water/Wastewater experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Hybrid role based in Tampa, Florida.
